Hi. I am Lalitha Tata. As a dedicated & innovative academician educationist, the origin of my interest in education emerged as a student where I could closely watch my teachers shaping the life of students from the very young age and has now evolved into an aspiration and a pursuit for a career in the academic field. During my undergraduate education, my motivation grew stronger.

I opted to pursue a PG Diploma in TEFL/TESOL with a specialization in BETT and YL (360 hours) in 2017.
[TEFL - Teaching English as a Foreign Language; TESOL - Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages; BETT - Business English Teacher Training; YL - Young Learners (teacher training)] I've put my previous corporate experience to good use.

In the English Language, I used to teach courses on Spelling, Grammar, Composition, Idioms, Vocabulary, Creative Writing, Academic English, Vocabulary Learning Strategies etc. I used a number of instructional strategies to differentiate possibilities for deep knowledge for all learners. As a teacher, I have created lesson plans, designed the course structure, developed assignments, and quizzes for assessment purposes, used many software tools that help me during teaching, encourage the students to speak in English outside the class also, committed to finding new methods to get better results. identified students' prior knowledge on the subject through diagnostic tests so as to design individualized lesson plans.

In today's world, we can pursue education from the comfort of our own homes via the internet. I had the notion of providing training through an online portal, hence I created my own e-learning platform - https://englishmill.in/ in order to educate people through online mode.
