Refunds & Cancellation of Services:
We put-in a lot fo effort to create content and offer them through our website. Unsually we do not offer refunds. However, at times, at sole discretion English Mill may offer a refund if the said services are not delivered as per our service terms supplied to you. If the client chooses to cancel the service without availing or downloading the content offered via our paid methods, refunds are processed if requested within 24 hours of payment for the services. Please note, there are no refunds offered on products/services which are sold at discounted pricing, and for any delays caused due to any external factors, government processes, and delays due to client.
